  • The price is for the minimum occupancy, and per Night.
  • For each additional person up to the maximum occupancy please add $20.
  • We do accept well behaved pets, with a signed  Pet Agreement, and a $30 per night, per pet charge.

Discounts 

  • From 10/1/2009 to 6/1/2010, pay for 5 nights in advance and get the 7th night free, and pay for 3 weeks in advance get the 4th week free.

Deposit

  • 50% deposit required when making reservations.

  • Balance due at Check-In.

  • Cancellation Policy as Follows:

    • Deposit returned minus a $20 processing fee, only IF YOU CANCEL:

    • 30 days in advance if you have 1 unit booked.

    • 45 days in advance if you have 2 units booked.

    • 60 days in advance if you have booked more than 2 units.
