Reservation Policy


No changes will be made to the daily cost of the reservationh once the reservation has been confirmed except for additional guests or pets not included at the time the reservation is made.


50% deposit, due at the time of confirmation. Deposit will be returned minus a 10% cancellation fee (minimum of $30) if you cancel at least 14 days in advance. If you reserve more than one unit you must cancel 30 days in advance to have your deposit refunded minus the cancellation fee per unit.


There is a $20 per person charge per night for each person over the standard occupancy.  Any guest not paid for at time of check-in will incur a charge of $40/person/night.

With prior approval DOGS are allowed in most units for a charge of $30/dog/night. A Pet Agreement must be signed at check-in. An unauthorized pet in a unit or on the property could result in immediate eviction.

Lost ROOM KEYS will incur a charge of $30.

Normal cleaning and laundering of linens is included in our rates.  By signing the check-in form, the guest agrees to take responsibility for any Damages and Cost of Cleaning above normal. While it is rare that we must make such an assessment if there are any damages or required excessive cleaning the guest's credit card will be charged.

We may charge a Gathering Fee for groups when non-registered guests in number and duration are deemed excessive for normal use of the reserved facility.  Large events must be approved well in advance and are usually only allowed when the host and guests have rented all or most of the units. 


A 3 night minimum stay is required for larger units and two night stay is required for one-bedroom suites and studios.  The minimum may be waived if the reservation is made fewer than 5 days prior to arrival and during the off-season.


Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Accommodation will be made if possible for requests for delayed check-out within reason. A charge of 10%/hour of the daily room rate may be assessed for unauthorized late check-out.


We do not allow Smoking in any of our units.  Smoking is allowed at least 15 feet from any door or window.  A charge of $200 may be assessed for any stay where there has been smoking in the unit.

Parking will be assigned at time of check-in.  If paying guests have visitors, the office must be notified and visitor cars may be required to park by the road.

We expect all guests to be CONSIDERATE of other guests regarding parking, use of common areas, noise, etc.

Management requests that our guests inform us of any problems or issues as they occurr so we may resolve them.
